Are the matching sets sold together or separately?

Separately. Each product on the site is one size group in a print, such as the men's set, the women's set, the kids' set or the dog set. You add the sizes your household needs to your basket and build the match yourself, so you only pay for the people and pets taking part. What sizes do adult pyjamas come in?

Women's sets run from XS to XXXL, which covers UK dress sizes 6 to 18. Men's sets run from S to XXXL. Measurements for bust, sleeve, top length, waist and trouser length are listed in centimetres and inches on our size guide. Because sizing varies by print, check the guide against your own measurements rather than relying on your usual high street size.

What sizes do kids' and baby pyjamas come in?

Kids' sets are sold by age, from 2 years up to 14 years depending on the print. Baby sets are sold in 3, 6, 12 and 18 month sizes. The size guide gives chest, sleeve, length and waist measurements for each age. If your child is between sizes, consider going up a size so the set lasts beyond Christmas. Do you sell matching Christmas pyjamas for dogs?

Yes. A selection of our family prints has a matching dog version, so the dog can join the Christmas morning photo in the same pattern as everyone else. Dog sets are sold as their own product in the Dogs Christmas Pyjamas collection. Check the sizing details on each dog product page before ordering, as fit depends on your dog's build as well as weight.

What are the pyjamas made from?

Fabric varies by design. Where it is stated in the product description, our sets are usually soft polyester or a cotton and polyester blend, chosen for warmth and easy washing. Check the individual listing if you have a preference, and email us if the fabric is not shown. Nightwear sold in the UK must carry a flammability label. See the full range on all products.

How much is delivery and when is it free?

Standard UK delivery is £5.99 per order. Delivery is free on UK orders over £65, which most families reach when buying two adult sets and a kids' set in the same print. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Full details, including dispatch times, are on our Delivery & Returns page.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days of being placed, and the carrier's transit time is added on top of that. This is longer than many high street retailers, so please order early rather than leaving matching sets to the last week. Our Delivery & Returns page explains the timings in full.

What is the last order date for Christmas delivery?

Orders placed after 10 December are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day. To be safe, aim to order in November or the first week of December, especially if you want a print in several sizes, as popular sizes do sell out. See matching family sets currently in stock.

Can I return pyjamas if the size is wrong?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, has its tags and is in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send a returns label. Sale items cannot be returned, and we do not offer direct exchanges, so the quickest route is to return the wrong size and place a new order. Full terms are on the Delivery & Returns page.
